The property is excellent value and is situated within the Playa Flamenca area of the Orihuela Costa region in the Southern Costa Blanca. It is ideal for families and couples.

The Costa Blanca, ‘White Coast’, is well known for having some of the best beaches in Spain – all blue flag. The beaches range from long stretches of soft white sand to small, secluded coves, the closest being Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia.

Campoamor, (set amongst orange groves - for the big hitter!) and Las Ramblas, (the incredible water hazards make this course different from others in the area). The picture shows Campoamar Club House - great for a coffee, lunch or dinner - spectacular views. In addition, the two natural salt lakes close by are very beneficial for those with health problems. They are also home to a host of wildlife. Take a walk around the conservation area and see the large flocks of flamingos.

Most are within a 5/10 minutes drive or a 15/20 minutes walk, although some facilities are no more than a two minutes walk away. A supermarket for everyday items is only 200 metres away. However, a hire car is recommended to obtain the full benefit of the surrounding area and all the interesting places to visit. The back patio is very private and ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining and has the benefit of a sun awning,.

The front of the property has a shady, covered, furnished porch area overlooking a private, mainly tiled, garden.

Upstairs, there is a family bathroom, (comprising of a bath, over-head shower,toilet, bidet and sink with vanity unit), one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have storage space and the double bedroom has access to its own furnished balcony.
Holiday 2  bedroom House Playa Flamenca Property fully equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 ring electric hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron & ironing board, radio/cd player with a selection of CDs , some games and beach equipment, (umbrella, beach seats, bat & ball and a ringo etc..).

Both bedrooms and lounge have ceiling fans in addition to a column fan and an upright fan. There are also heaters for the colder months/nights.

There is a heater in the bathroom and all upstairs windows have the benefit of a mosquito blind.
