In Nerja ( 20km ) you will find beaches, bars, restaurants, nightlife and world famous caves. The area has a wide range of walks accessed directly from the villa. Horse riding &
paragliding can be found in the area. There is a golf course on the coast ( 20km ) at Motril. The historic cities of Granada, Cordoba & Seville are all within easy reach & skiing in the Sierra Nevada's is a two hour drive

The beautiful bay of La Herradura set between the natural headlands of Punta de la Mona & Cerro Gordo, protect a two kilometre long beach with its clear aquamarine water, which has led to a lively diving trade.

chiringuitos (beach bars). To the east of La Herradura is the recently built marina development of Marina Del Este, it is set in a

beautiful location with an adjoining beach & a number of quayside bars & restaurants.The winding road leading down to the

marina has breath taking views at every turn. Life in Marina Del Este is very relaxed and easy going and a perfect place for

sitting at one of it’s quayside restaurants watching the yachts sail by. On the far western side of the huge Cerro Gordo headland lies the last beach in the Costa Tropical & the most isolated. It has been designated a nudist beach although the western end is normally occupied by partially dressed sun worshippers. There are a couple of good beach bars / restaurants open through out the summer.
