Situated 30 minutes west of Málaga airport, 20 minutes from the beaches and a few minutes from Alhuarín golf course, this beautiful house with pool sleeps 10 -1 4 people. The flexible accommodation is ideal for two or three families, golfers, or a group of friends. The house is made up of three parts – the main house, the garden casita (small house) and the courtyard casita.

The main house has two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, large sitting room and dining area, modern kitchen, and library.

The garden casita has 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen.

The courtyard casita has one twin bedroom, a 4-bed games room, and bathroom. The interior of the house has been furnished to a high standard. The spacious sitting room and adjoining dining area lead out to a wide shady terrace with gas BBQ and stunning views offering a choice of places to eat and relax. The sitting room has
large TV (with Freeview enabling you to get UK TV channels), DVD, music system and woodburning stove. There is a further small sitting room and kitchenette in the garden casita, and a TV/ games room in the courtyard casita. There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher. A washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer and child’s travel cot are all provided. The whole property is walled, not overlooked and offers privacy and security.

The walled garden has a small area of lawn, and colourful flower beds. There is a wide terrace with gas BBQ, and a poolside patio area which enjoy 180 degree views over the Guadalhorce valley below. At the rear of the house is a courtyard area with sitting area which enjoys the morning sun.

Beyond the garden wall is a mature orange and lemon grove providing guests with unlimited fruit in November and April. The pool is approx. 3 metres x 6 metres and is surrounded by child-proof railings. It is set in a lovely patio area with sun loungers and a shady patio with sofas nearby.

There is a huge choice of activities in the area. The beaches of the Costa del Sol are 20 minutes drive away. The nearby town of Alhuarin el Grande has many shops, restaurants and tapas bars. The Ballesteros-designed Alhuarín Golf course is 5 minutes drive away, as is horse-riding and tennis courts. The Mijas mountain behind the house offer lovely walking, as do the nearby Sierra de las Nieves, and the Sierra Nevada. For culture lovers, the Alhambra at Granada is 90 minutes drive away, and the museums and churches of Malaga are even closer. Day trips to Ronda,
Sevilla and Cordoba are also possible.

The house is normally rented as one unit. Booking are for periods of one week or more. Changeover day is Friday, but we can be flexible out of high season.

Included in the price is maintenance of pool and garden, and a weekly change of sheets and towels.

Additional maid service can be provided at small extra charge.

A folding child’s cot is available free of charge.
