The sunrises & sunsets are picture perfect! The pool is child friendly as it can be easily closed off. The villa is perfect for 2 families sharing a vacation together as it sleeps 10 & the 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on separate floors ensuring privacy. One bedroom sleeps up to 4. The area enjoys a sub-tropical climate, with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius in winter & 25 degrees in summer, allowing for year round enjoyment of the great outdoors. Within a 5 minute walk of the villa is a large community pool, children’s pool, tennis court, table tennis and football pitch. Our guests have unlimited, free use of these facilities. This is a great way to keep your children entertained, especially in summer and over bank holidays, when there are other children there. We take your holiday seriously. From the moment we receive your enquiry to helping you prepare for your trip & throughout your stay, we try to be as
helpful & informative as possible. We personally oversee the changeover of the villa & greet you at the entrance to the community to show you to the villa. Getting lost wouldn’t be a fun way to begin a holiday! We have prepared a detailed information book with everything from how to operate the appliances to recommendations on restaurants & activities. There is a 30% deposit upon booking, and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. Payment is possible by bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard. There is a 2% surcharge for credit card payments.

Security deposit of € 500 euros is payable in cash upon arrival.

Pool heating optional. Electricity consumed charged at 0.10 € k/wH between November and April.
