A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required.

Once availability has been confirmed a £100 deposit is required. Should the be received within 7 days the booking may be forfeit. All bookings and monies will be acknowledged in writing. The final payment will become due 8 weeks prior to the start date of the booking. The refundable damage deposit is also payable at this time.

Any weeks booked for next year before 31st December 2007 get a 5% discount.
