Our villa is at the top of the 3 bedroom luxury market. The villa affords a sea view while overlooking the garden & large communal pool. Exceptionally well positioned, within the Los Dolses development of Villamartin. The level of furnishing & utilities far exceeds the average similar rental. There is also the additional comfort of air-conditioning or heating, if required, and the rare feature of a large attached garage. The garage is additionally fitted out with 6 lockable bike racks to cater for those more physically inclined.

There are 3 local golf courses, all within 3km, with the championship course of Villamartin within a 10min walk (fabulous greens & challenging golf). Incidentally, there are at least 14 other courses within a 70km radius, one of which is a José Maria Olazabal designed course.

In the immediate vicinity are various shops, cafes & restaurants all within 500mtrs of the villa, plus a small but ideal supermarket. There are at least 3 blue flag beaches within 4km of our villa and numerous others of exceptional standard.
The area is served by the N332 coast road, it can get busy at peak time in the summer, hence the convenience of the motorway, which takes you directly to the airport of Alicante, as does the N332. Both routes only take approx. 45minutes. There is also the airport of Murcia, which is only 25km to the south west, also via motorway or N road.

The local town is Torrevieja (7Km). There are some lovely walks to be had along the corniche areas, which encompass the Marina, markets, restaurants, bars and shops.

Just around the corner from our villa, is Playa Flamenca, which hosts one of the largest markets in the region (every Saturday) with fabulous fresh fruit & veg stalls. There is so much to do and see in the region, that you will want to stay longer. One of the best attractions, especially for the children, is Terra Mitica, an ancient Roman themed park, built on the mountain side, several kilometres inland from Benidorm. The motorway takes you right to the front door,so to speak (1hour away). It’s a fabulous day out, even for adults, lots of space as well.

Again ideally located, the motorway junction is just 1km away (far enough to not be able to see or hear it but convenient for those day trips out).

The villa consists of : Master bedroom, upstairs, with king-size bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room & glass doors that take you out onto the very spacious sun roof. Additionally, there is an adjustable sun blind that extends up to 8 feet over the terrace. 2nd double bedroom, downstairs, has a king-size bed, again with built in wardrobes. 3rd bedroom, also with built in wardrobes has 2 single beds. The downstairs bathroom is situated between the 2 bedrooms, both bathrooms have electric heaters.

The lounge/diner includes a large dining suite with 6 chairs, fireplace with built in brass fronted gas fire(real coal effect), patio doors lead out on to the sun terrace, again with a similar sun blind to the upstairs bedroom. Large wide screen TV with Sky satellite channels is provided, plus a DVD. Beneath the TV is also a selection of books, games and CD’s for the Hi-Fi system. There is a very relaxing long sofa that all the family can lounge on at the same time, with large cushions to assist the slumber.

The kitchen is well equipped including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven & gas hob.

In order for the villa to be prepared for your visit, we ask that you do not occupy before 2pm. You will need to
vacate the villa by 11am, after your last night, for the same purpose.
Our caretaker will meet you at the villa to obtain & return keys. They will be available for any queries during your stay.
