This nicely positoned villa is privately owned in a quiet residential area of Javea, benefitting from beautiful panoramic views. It features private kidney shaped swimming pool, air-conditioning, open fire. Lounge/diner and accommodates a maximum of 6 people with one double ensuite bedroom plus two twin bedded rooms. An additional bathroom plus a further shower room/wc add to the luxury facilities.

The large open naya has views of the valley and overlooks the pool, of which there are gentle sloping steps into the shallow end. The new kitchen is well equipped and leads to the outside BBQ. There
is parking for 3 cars and the local supermarket, bar and restaurants are approx 5 mins walk. The villa is just a short walk to the local beach with a bar and restaurant plus the main Arenal Beach is 5 mins by car and is without doubt the best known and most visited by bathers seeking a sandy beach with plenty of water sports, shops, bars and restaurants along the promenade.

Javea is centrally located approx 1 hours drive by motorway from Alicante or Valencia airport, both of which offer daily charter and scheduled flights to the area. We recommend hiring a car. Junctions 62 & 63 of the A7 motorway, which runs just a few kilometres from the coast, both connect to Javea. The villa is ideally situated with a Tennis club, 18 hole golf course, the bustling 'Port area' and 'Old Town' of Javea – steeped in medieval history, all being a short distance away. For the more energetic there is a water park and the new Terra Mitica Theme park approx 30 mins drive south at Benidorm. An English couple manages the property locally. All bed linen and towels (except beach/pool towels) are provided. A welcome pack is available at an additional cost – please enquire. Eating out for fish and rice dishes – especially Paella are specialities in Javea. However there are also many good varied restaurants offering local cuisine, European dishes plus Chinese and Indian food. Eating out generally in Spain is cheaper than in the UK and of course the Vino de la Casa should not be missed!
