This large 4 bedroom villa is set in a quiet residential area of Torreblanca. It has a private pool (heated from December 2006), Sauna and is fully air conditioned throughout (hot and cold). The pool is conveniently situated close to the living room and next to the pool bar and BBQ area, so you can keep an eye on the little ones in comfort!
Just a 10-15 minute walk downhill to the beach, bars, shops, pharmacy, (the return journey on foot is longer due to the fact that the villa is situated on a hill). The villa is only 15 minutes drive from Malaga Airport with easy access to the N340 coast road.

For the elderly and families with very small children, car hire is recommended, although Fuengirola is under 5 minutes taxi ride away at very reasonable fares. There are 3 double bedrooms (2 with terraces and 1 with en-suite), 1 single bedroom, (there is a double fold-up bed in one bedroom and a double fold-up settee in the living room), 3 bathrooms, a large lounge/diner with wood burning fireplace, Satellite TV (UK Channels), Stereo with CD player, DVD, Video, open plan fully equipped 'American' kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

The villa also has a private heated pool, large terrace area and garden, pool bar, barbecue, sauna and changing room, outside shower and lighting. The pool is maintained twice weekly.
Please note that there is an additional charge for the use of the Sauna, 100 Euros one week, 150 for two weeks payable locally. The holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena and Fuengirola) are all within easy reach by car, bus or train. Benalmadena/ Mijas is 10 mins by car, Benalmadena 10 mins, Torremolinos 15 mins, Marbella 30 mins, Gibraltar 2 hours.

There are miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches along the coast. The beaches of Torreblanca and Los Boliches have been awarded the European Blue Flag.

There are also plenty of tourist attractions all within easy reach from the villa by car, taxi or public transport. Local activities include golf (Now over 40 beautiful courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis,walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks (Torremolinos & Mijas Costa), zoo, amusement park (Tivoli World).

Bedroom 3 has A/C, double sofa bed and a large terrace which overlooks the pool area and garden (with separate access to the pool and garden via a spiral staircase). Hire of Sauna €100 p/w or €150 for 2 weeks (payable locally)

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A £200 GBP deposit is required to cover any breakages/damage, refundable on return of the keys and assuming no breakage/damage or excessive electricity usage. Linen, hand towels, kitchen towels and pool towels are provided, so please bring your own bath towels.

Bookings are taken Saturday to Saturday with a check-in time at 4.00pm and check-out 11.00am PROMPT unless otherwise agreed. Mid-week bookings can be considered during low season.

There is no liability for travel cancellations and delays, theft, personal injury or loss of any kind on the part of the owner of the villa. Guests are strongly advised to take out full travel, accident and medical cover insurance before leaving the UK.
