The main villa is situated towards the front of the plot which takes advantage of the views over the local town of Monovar, just 1km away. The plot is 8000 Sq Mtrs and secluded. The pool,child play-pool and childrens play area are all located together for ease of access from one to the other and so that parents can easily keep an eye on them. There is a BBQ with outside water facilities, there is a pergola with a stone table and chairs for al-fresco style eating that seats 12. The garden is over 100 yards long and there is plenty of room and bench seats around. There are over 30 trees on the plot, of which 20+ are palm trees. There are fruit and fir trees also. The gates are electronic. The plot is encased with an 8ft fence all the way round. The patio is completely tiled and over 500 sq mts. There sunbeds for the clients use, which double up as chairs. There are toys for the children in and around the playhouse. This villa is very popular.

Car Hire recommended The lounge has a 28" TV, which has Spanish and Sky satellite (English), free view channels are available in English. If you have Sky in England take your card and it is likely to be ok, albeit we cannot guarantee it. There is a 5 changer CD stereo system (stack) with radio, tape and record deck. There is a video player connected to the TV. There are several video tapes for your use, for adults and children. Feel free to take your own. There is seating in the lounge for 9 people with ease. We have a second lounge area, which is the games room and bar area. There is pool, darts, table soccer, putting game, board games and a desk for the chidren to draw at (or do their homework!!). There is furniture in the games room also. The lounge has air conditioning which is optional.

Car Hire recommended The kitchen is of white goods. It also has a secondary table for any overflow from the dining room. It has a walk in larder, utility area with washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric cooker & hob, extractor, & chip fryer, The cutlery and crockery are all supplied.

This area is very culturally Spainish and is not a tourist area, albeit those areas can be accessed in a car very easily as there are good road links. The cuisine in the most part is also Spainsh though there are some Chinese reataurants around in the towns. The nightlife is sedate mostly, but it does liven up during the fiestas. If its night life you want you can go to Benidorm which takes arouns 45 minutes in a car.

This villa is ideal for families with young children and for those that want to chill out and relax around the pool with the odd BBQ evening outside. It would not suit all adult parties wishing to dance the night away in nightclubs & discos. Drink driving in Spain is frowned upon. The villa is set in the countryside outside of the town of Monovar overlooking the mountains and hills in the surrounding areas. A car is recommended to make the most of the local towns and beauty spots. The nearest beaches are at santa Pola, which is a 30 minute drive. All the neighbours are Spainsh, so a little knowledge of the language is will certainly help you make the most of your stay.

There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double bed with en-suite and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower and a full size bath. The second bedroom is a double room with fitted wardrobes. The 3rd is a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and the 4th is a twin bedded room with air conditioning and en-suite. There is another full size bathroom which is shared with a bath and shower. The sleeping quarters are away from the recreational areas to enable those that wish to go to sleep can do so, especially young children. There is a drying area in the middle of the house. Car hire is recommended to make the most of the area and for your own convenience.

This is not a tourist area, it very typically Spanish - The Real Spain Renowned for its local wine production. Superb for walking, cycling and climbing. The nearest beach is Santa Pola at approximately 30 miles from the villa.
