Denia with it's harbour, beaches, shops and huge choice of restaurants is just a 10 minute drive away. The townhouse is airconditioned and heated and comprises 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 with twin beds. The master bedroom and one twin bedroom have private balconies. There is a safe located in the property. On the ground floor there is a fully tiled shower room and on the first floor a large fully tiled bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment, complete with marble vanity area. Downstairs is all open plan with a beautiful sitting area furnished with very comfortable sofas, the large dining table seats 6 comfortably. In the lounge you there is a satellite TV and video, with a selection of videos, a portable CD player (please bring your own CDs, and a selection of games to keep everyone entertained. From the dining area there is a patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Steps lead down to a garden. The American style white kitchen with granite worktops has a breakfast bar and all the necessary appliances such dishwasher, fridge/freeezer, microwave, toaster, juicer etc. It is well equipped with all cooking utensils and there is no shortage of crockery and cutlery. A door from the kitchen leads to laundry and storage area where the washing machine iron and ironing board are kept. There is also an additional sink. Basic cooking ingredients such as salt, sugar, spices etc and cleaning material are available in this property. The large roof terrace offers fabulous views of the golf course, Montgo and in the distance the sea. It also overlooks the pool to the front of the property.
There are sunloungers and chairs here for private sunbathing or dining if desired. This house is available for long lets in the winter and summer, ideal to use as a base for those wishing to travel frequently to the area over a period of time. It's a short walk to the Golf course. On the La Sella urbanisation there is a chemist and a restaurant. Horseriding and tennis are also available.
Private parking is available for one car. Alumminium roller blinds provide cool in the summer and extra security.

The property is ideally located for visiting the area. The beaches of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Altea are all within short driving distances.
