Casa Claremarie is set at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac with its own private 10 x 5 pool. Located only a 10 minute walk to the town, beach and restaurants this well appointed villa offers pleasant strolls discovering the delights of Moraira. A short drive takes you to numerous golf courses, Benidorm, Theme Parks and many tourist attactions.

The villa is ideal for couples, families and small groups who want the pleasure of a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa owners maintain the property and are on hand to welcome you and help with information and any problems. This spacious, luxury villa is on two levels. The first floor offers fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fride/freezer, lounge with leather suite and a seperate dining room with large wooden table and seating for 8. The dining room has patio doors and overlooks the pool. The Double bedroom has a super king size bed, air-con and ensuite bathroom. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with air-con and a seperate shower room. An internal and exteral staircase connect the two levels.
All four bedrooms have air-con fitted - normal use is included in the price.

Off road parking is not a problem with two drives on the same level as the villa.

There is a separate laundry room with washing and ironing facility. Situated by the large 10 x 5 pool is a shower, toilet, fridge, sun beds to relax and soak up the Costa Blanca sun and blinds for when you feel the need for some shade. The pool is solar heated for early and late season bookings. The pool terrace has non-slip tiles. Upstairs there is a terrace with seating overlooking the pool area. Lounge/dining room with wood burning fire, breakfast kitchen, a double and twin bedroom, both with air-con and ensuite bathrooms The villa has an internal and external staircase joining the two levels together.

Guests have the use of CD, DVD and Video players, Flat Screen Satellite TV with 10 channels in english,BBC1, ITV, CH5, SKY sports 1&2 etc, numerous games, and videos suitable for children and adults. Outside there is ample room for sunbathing and dining with numerous seating areas, in the sun and shade. The brick built BBQ is situated near to the kitchen, and table and seating for 8, making it an ideal setting for dining al fresco. Various outdoor lighting around the pool and garden make it suitable for late night dining,and relaxing evenings.
If you fancy a day out on the sea we can arrange either a sail or speed boat from local charter companies by the day or half day, please enquire on arrival.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. On receipt of your deposit a confirmation will be sent confirming dates and balance due. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival plus a returnable security bond of £200.00.

Bed linen and Towels are provided (not beach towels).
Arrivals from 16.00pm - Departures at 10.00am unless by prior arrangement with the owners.
