This is a lovely modern, bright and airy townhouse located close to Duquesa golf course and marina, which can sleep up to 8 persons. The property is frontline golf overlooking the first fairway.

Duquesa Golf and Country Club is friendly place with reasonable fees and an excellent bar, two minutes walk from the house.

2 minutes walk. Duquesa Golf/Country Club: gym, indoor pool, tennis courts, restaurant and bar.

5 minutes walk: Castillo: beaches, beach bars, Fishing village, (fish restaurants, tapas bars, bars)

Sabinillas with promenade, beaches and lively tapa bars. The house is furnished to an extremely high standard and the
accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master bedroom ensuite), as well as shower-room. There is also an additional room on the top floor with adjoining roof terraces, in which there is a large sofa bed that can be used by two further people.

Two brand new travel cots are available for families with babies along with a high chair. There is a separate dining area, with a beautiful hand made wooden table made out of an old cattle grid (covered with glass), along with high back chairs.

There is also a seperate music area as well as a TV lounge overlooking the front private terrace. the TV lounge has a 36" TV with DVD player with many movies to watch.

Throughout the house there are many beautiful paintings by local artists, all of the furnishings in the house are of exceptional quality. There is a lovely split level pool 20 metres from the house. It is well equipped with sun loungers and tables/chairs and umbrellas.

The beaches are just a 5-minute walk via a footbridge, there are no major roads to cross ... take a stroll down the beach to the Chiringitos that serve mouth-watering seafood. Duquesa Marina is a further few minutes stroll along the the sea front offering an exceptional variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. A further five minutes walking takes you to the beach promenade of Sabinillas, filled with restaurants and tapas bars. Sabinillas is a vibrant and friendly place, giving visitors a taste of the real Spain.

The Duquesa area is commonly known as the new golden mile, and is favoured because of it’s mild climate and easy access to several nearby places to visit.
