There are over 14 fabulous communal pools on the complex surrounded by tropical palm trees and landscaped gardens providing plenty of entertainment where all families are welcome.
La Torre Alice is situated in Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort, an exclusive holiday destination. Comprising of wide avenues, lush greenery and palm trees, it is set in the surrounds of a Five Star Championship golf resort endorsed by the world famous golfer Jack Nickalus. La Torre Golf Resort is located in one of the most beautiful regions in Spain. La Torre is an 18 hole par 68 golf course designed by Nicklaus Design. The signature hole is the par 3 - 9th hole which will require extra precision as water comes into play. As with all the Polaris World Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more challenging for experienced players.
A short drive to the historical city of Cartagena where an ancient port, roman ruins, temples and a theatre once stood make this and interesting and worthwhile place to visit. Shopping is another major draw to the town and boasts fashion boutiques and department stores aswell as an abundance of restaurants and cafes.
The city of Murcia's airport is 20 minutes away and Alicante airport is 60 minutes.

Linen
We provide bed linen weekly (duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases).
Towels
Hand towels and bath towels are changed weekly (we do not provide beach towels).
Cleaning
Your apartment will have been checked and thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Linen & towels are changed weekly for all reservations of 2 weeks or more. We do not make a routine cleaning charge and you are expected to leave your apartment in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your holiday.
Damage
While we like to think that our guests will treat our property as they would treat their own home, we reserve the right to ask for a security deposit of between 200 & 400 euros against each occupation. This amount is either paid locally on arrival or with the final balance 8 weeks before the departure date. The money is then refunded to you as soon as it is practicable to do so. If it is not possible to do this prior to your departure, then the deposit will be posted back to you at the earliest opportunity. Please advise us after your stay if there were any “accidents” so that we can ensure that everything is fine for our next guests.
Changeover
Changeover will normally be on Saturday’s unless otherwise agreed & we cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival – although we will try to accommodate your flights! It will probably be necessary for you to vacate your apartment by 10.00am on the day of your departure, we will advise you if this is not necessary.
Booking
Upon receipt of a booking application, we will confirm availability and costs, including the deposit required. We will then make a provisional booking. Unless otherwise agreed, we can only promise to keep a provisional booking available for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. If the deposit has not been received after 7 days no guarantee can be made that the desired dates will remain available.
Payment
A 25% deposit is requested within 7 days of a provisional booking being made. At this point the reservation will become assured. The outstanding balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the departure date of your holiday. Should your reservation be made with less than 8 weeks remaining to the departure date, then the full cost of the apartment will fall due for payment within 7 days of the provisional booking being made.
Cancellation
All cancellations should be made in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period. Cancellation charges are as follows:
26 weeks or more to departure – Deposit refunded in full 8 weeks to 26 weeks to departure – Deposit forfeited 4 weeks to 8 weeks to departure – 50% of total cost will be charged
Less than 4 weeks to departure – 80% of total cost will be charged
Your payments will be refunded to you in full in the unlikely event of our cancellation of your holiday.
Confirmation
You will receive a receipt and booking confirmation advice as soon as your 25% deposit has been received. This confirmation letter will also contain details of the outstanding balance and the date by which the outstanding balance is due. Following receipt of your final balance, you will receive a further communication, confirming the receipt of your final balance and detailing the key collection point, directions to the apartment and emergency contact numbers.
