Apartment Tapahuga is at Playa de Santiago. The apartment building is situated in front of the beach, where you can swim all year round. There is a solarium and a quiet swimming pool. Playa de Santiago is a quiet village with the best weather on the island.

There is one double bedroom, one bathroom, a sitting room with sofa bed and a kitchenette with 2 burner hob. House linen and towels are provided. There is also a TV. Outdoors is a communal terrace with outdoor furniture and lovely swimming pool. Local recommended restaurants are Restaurante Orone, Restaurante Nino, Restaurante La Cuevita. Playa de Santiago is a quiet village in the south side of the island. There are very popular fresh fish restaurants and a famous hotel with golf facilities. La Gomera is an unspoilt island ideal for rest. Local sports include boat trips, golf, diving
center, swimming, tennis, trekking. A car is essential for this location. The island of La Gomera is very close to Tenerife, and it takes 30 minutes to get there from Los Cristianos harbour. La Gomera keeps its' unspoilt character, although recently there is becoming a tourist demand, but only from people interested in resting, trekking, swimming all year, eating fresh fish etc. It is a small island (378 sq km) but it is full of barrancos and valleys, so to cross the island takes some time. Its' famous mountain is called "Garajonay" (altitude 1600m) and the park around it is considered a Human Heritage area by UNESCO. You never get tired of La Gomera, people live slowly and quietly. If you need some rest, come and visit us.
When you arrive at Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofía) you have to take a 10 minute taxi ride to Los Cristianos Harbour (close to the beach) and buy a ticket to La Gomera from the Fred Olsen Office. The price per person, return is approx. Euros 33.

La Gomera to Los Cristianos:
07:30, 10:00, 15:00, 18:30. Luggage can be stored in the blue wagons on the ferry. It takes 30 minutes to arrive at La Gomera, you can watch dolphins during your journey. Once there, collect your luggage in the harbour building. In the same building you can collect your rented car with the reference I give you in advance, or you can take a taxi or a bus (please refer to us).
