The Bel Air Platinum is a luxury air conditioned 4 bed, 3 bath townhouse is situated near to Los Flamingos Golf and Country Club and 800 metres from the beach and set amidst the foothills of the Sierra Blanca mountains just inland from the famous Puerto Banus Harbour. Los Flamingos boasts 3 superb 18 hole par 72 golf courses and one 9 hole course which have been carefully designed by Antonio García Garrido and built to enhance the beauty of its surroundings. There is a Driving Range, Club House, numerous restaurants and a gym. The townhouse has a superb roof top solarium for al-fresco dining, 3 further terraces and a large communal swimming pool for residents only. The complex is completely sheltered with access controlled security and under ground parking. Puerto Banus is 10 mins drive away with its many restaurants, designer shops, casino and nightclubs. Washroom - there is also a washroom in the basement room with toilet and basin.
Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and iron/ironing board.
Living/Dining room is fully fitted with table/chairs, a 2&3 seater leather sofa, flatscreen TV and DVD. It also has a C/D player.
There is a fantastic roof top solarium terrace with full al fresco dining facilites such as table, chairs, parasol and sunloungers. There are 3 further terraces with table, chairs and sunloungers. Our luxurious townhouse offers a wonderful combination of breathtaking views, tranquillity and easy access to some of Europe’s finest and most varied nightlife. It is furnished to the very highest standard and an ideal base for dedicated golfers, families and anyone wanting a quality and relaxing holiday. Upon booking you will receive a pack with information on our apartment and the surrounding area.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Your townhouse is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday, if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra.

Any changeover day is accepted and we will accommodate you at whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation.
