Two-bedroom two bathroom wonderful apartment with communal pool, just two blocks from the beach. Located in Vilanova i la Geltru, a 50,000 inhabitants vibrant seaside town south of Barcelona. Barcelona is easily reachable in 30 minutes by train (connection every half hour), by bus or by road. Take daytrips to the capital of Catalonia, while relaxing on the beach and enjoying the small-town & family atmosphere of Vilanova.
Sitges, famous for its nightlife, is located just 10 minutes away by road. There is a communal swimming pool with garden and shade to swim and relax. Just 5 minutes by foot is a large and wide sand beach, with a large selection of cafes and restaurants. Vilanova has a large pedestrian area which is reachable by
foot in only ten minutes, especially its "Rambla" (main pedestrian-only artery). The town center is located at about 20 minutes by foot and is always vibrant with activity, with a wide selection of shops and restaurants. The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and residential though.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating. This apartment can sleep up to 5 people. It has two suites each with bedroom with a large bed, full bathroom and closet, thus ideal for two couples or a family. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep one adult or two children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washer, oven, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave... There is an underground private garage with parking for two cars. The garage door opens with remote control and there is an elevator to reach directly the apartment.
If you prefer to leave your car outside, there are a lot of free parking places just in front of the apartment.

In any case, remember you do not need a car. If you wish to, you can walk everywhere!

You can find in the living room a TV, a DVD player, and a music stereo system. Don't forget to try the local food specialties, like a delicious "paella" or "fideua" and refresh yourself with a cool "sangria".
