Situated on the North East side the island, Puerto Pollensa is one of the finest holiday resorts on the island of Mallorca. Set against a backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range, this fishing village has stunning scenery, excellent sandy beaches, and a wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes along the famous Pine Walk promenade. The surroundings of the house are absolutely gorgeous, with a lovely orchard with fruit trees at one side and a beautiful lawn with a great variety of plants and a pretty lake at the other.

The pool with solarium and jaccuzi with hot water is right at the center of the garden in front of the house and there is also a covered barbecue next to it. On the one hand, at the entrance of the house there is a useful studio room, a double room, bathroom and also two spacious living and dining areas, the kitchen and the laundry room. On the other hand, the three rooms, 2 en suite and one with a fully-equipped bathroom are on the first floor. Finally, this attractive villa has 2 covered terraces, one at the back of the house and another one at the front with some climbing vine trees.

The cosmopolitan old town of Pollensa with its narrow cobbled streets and medieval buildings, is visited regularly by actors artists, and politicians as well as sport enthusiasts from all over Europe for the vast range of watersports including scuba diving, and sailing. All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.
