Villa C'an Lleida is an elegant house of recent construction which has a lovely country feeling with the sunshine coming in from every corner. It gathers the necessary conditions for people who are looking for something different and special. It is situated in the Herat of the countryside in a secluded but not isolated position on a quiet country lane, only five minutes drive from the quaint charming town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and its beaches. This lovely villa has been very well decorated in Spanish style with high quality furnishings and has typical, high beamed ceilings throughout. Two are located on the ground floor with a full bathroom. The other two, with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms, are located on the first floor. There is also a large terrace on the first floor which is accessed by both bedrooms and overlooks the pool area and the Port of Pollensa in the distance. The terrace on the top floor spans over the entire east facing front of the house and has wonderful views to the distant Port of Pollensa . Patio doors from the conservatory lead terrace and garden and a ramp for wheelchairs has been provided. There is an enormous sunbathing terrace with sun beds and patio furniture surrounding the private, 10x5 metre swimming pool. It is accessed by roman steps and has integral seating and power water jets. All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.
