It is situated 120 metres above sea-level adjacent to the beauty spot of the lighthouse of Cap De La Nao. There is excellent local food available on the premises. Excellent restaurants and various beaches are closeby ranging from the very sandy to stony beaches. The property is located at one of the two tourist attractions of Javea, Cap De La Nao lighthouse which is voted as a microclimate reserve with zero pollution by the World Health Organisation. Temperature through the year is a mean temperature of 22 degrees centigrade (protected by
the Montgo mountain and the Bays 120 metres above sea level).
