Terrazas del Mar is a brand new minimalist style villa with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Salobrena. This self catering accommodation has 7 terraces, each with breathtaking open sea views, a private heated pool and an outdoor hot tub. The villa even has a private garage and lift. The villa has central cold and hot air conditioning with individual thermostats in each room so everyone can select the temperature that is ideal for them. What makes this house so unique is the fact that it is situated 15 metres above street level. Don't worry there is a lift! The original plot was a steep rock, which has been cleared at various levels to accommodate the villa. The result is a fabulous split level home that offers absolutely stunning sea views due to its soaring and dominant position on the hillside. The villa is great for adults or families with older children since each of the 3 bedrooms is on its own level and has its own ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have private terraces. The 3 terraces that surround the pool are very spacious (220 meters in total) and can easily accommodate everyone. The heated pool is 7 metres long and ranges from 3.2 to 4 metres in width. The pool is 1.25 deep in the shallow end and has a maximum depth of 1.7 metres. The private hot tub is designed for up to 6 people. It can be as warm as 40 degrees celsius, so it is perfect even in winter. The layout of the villa is as follows. From the road, you enter a private garage with a lift. The lift opens onto the open plan, lounge, diner & kitchen. There are 2 terraces here, one with a gas barbeque & a table for 6. There is also a cloak room on this level. Up a flight of stairs is the 1st bedroom. This bedroom has a full size bed, an ensuite bathroom & a private terrace. There is a utility room with a washer & tumble dryer on this level. Six steps lead up to the master bedroom & to the door that leads to the pool. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed & a large sliding glass door opening onto a private terrace. The views from the master bedroom, bathroom & terrace are truly awe-inspiring. The Moorish castle of Salobrena and the mountains can be seen. The castle is illuminated at night. It is a shame to
close the blinds even in the evening! 8 steps lead up to the 3rd bedroom which also has an ensuite bath and sea views. This fabulous villa is situated in a cul-de-sac of a very short and quiet side street in the same exclusive and established urbanisation where all our villas are located.
