Apartment Putt offers accommodation to a very high standard, newly furnished with a large terrace with views to the mountains and sea for alfresco dining. Communal tropical gardens for residents only with large pool and children´s pool (open between Easter and mid-October annually). Two tennis courts (one astroturf and one all-weather) and 5 paddle tennis courts with cafe beside the pool area. The Los Moriscos golf club is a 2 minute walk from the apartment on the beachfront. The golf course is currently a nine hole 2850 metre course, links style, mainly flat and adorned with palm trees. A further 9 holes are currently being added and due to open in mid 2006. Underground parking is provided for the use of guests with lift access. There is also a locked storage area for the use of guests for golf clubs, beach umbrellas etc. This second floor apartment (with lifts) is newly equipped and offers heating and air conditioning throughout. There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms - ideal for couples, singles or families. The apartment sleeps 4 but an additional bed or cot is available for children, a high chair can also be provided. An ADSL/telephone line is also available for longer term rental periods. The modern interior decoration of the apartment has been thoughtfully and tastefully designed to offer comfortable and spacious accommodation. Entrances to the garage, gardens and apartments of Residencial Albatros are through electronic gates and doors and there are caretakers, gardeners and night porters.

The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and has a large fridge/freezer, oven/grill, 4 ring electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. A utility room off the kitchen has an additional wash basin and washing machine. Floors are white marble throughout. Satellite TV reception and DVD are available for your enjoyment. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and assorted number of shops, including a supermarket, located opposite the golf club house. The golf club has a restaurant on the beachfront open at lunchtimes and evenings and a golf bar serving sandwiches and snacks during the day, which in the evenings has music and entertainers. For other restaurants and bars it is possible to walk a few minutes along the beach towards Playa Poniente where there are many beach restaurants, discos and bars. There is a local bus service which takes you either to Motril or Salobrena which runs throughout the year. During the summer months it is possible to rent sun beds and umbrellas on the beach and there are beach showers. The coastline is full of surprises. The beaches of El Peñon and La Guardia on either

side of Salobrena have many beach bars and restaurants. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sporting and adventure

activities in the area. Due to its geographical location, the area enjoys a microclimate, subtropical in character, a warm and

gentle 18 degrees in winter and an average of 25 degrees in summer. The apartment is close to the most important places of

interest in the area. It is a good stepping-off point for visiting not only the Sierra Nevada (for ski-ing) but also the Alhambra

Palace and the city of Granada (50 minutes by car). The Alpujarras area and its villages are also well worth a trip while visiting

the area.
