Almuñecar is a typically Spanish seaside town on the Costa Tropical, 1 1/4 hours drive from Malaga airport and just over a hour from Granada, the Alpujarras and the Sierra Nevada mountain range, south of Granada, with its ski resort and chair lifts. The apartment is just 50m from the sea, at the end of San Cristobal beach. On the first floor of a condominium block, it has porterage, a security phone and a swimming pool(open May 1-October 31). The old town centre is 700m away, reached by an elegant promenade with restaurants, cafes and tapas bars. A bus passes the apartment each hour during daytime and goes to the town’s shops and bus station. A spacious lounge/dining room gives on to a balcony with full sea view, where four can dine in comfort and which catches the sun from dawn to dusk.

The main bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and walk-in wardrobe looks out to the sea. You can sit in bed and see the waves. The second bedroom at the rear has two single beds, bedside table and walk-in wardrobe. Both bathrooms have over-bath showers and bidets. Facilities
TV, DVD player, hi-fi (CDs and tapes), ceiling and
portable ventilators, electric heater.
Fitted kitchen has all kitchen utensils, a 2-ring electric stove,electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge and clothes washing machine.

Beach chairs, hats and umbrella are provided, but no beach towels.
