Our apartment is situated in a peaceful location with views to the sea and 17th hole of the Villamartin golf course from the roof terrace.
It has a double and twin bedroom and a put-u-up bed. There is a sunny south-facing balcony leading off the open plan lounge/dining room, my very favourite place, I sit here with my morning coffee in the sunshine just enjoying the view, this is home to me, each time I visit the harder it is to leave.

There is a large sunny roof terrace with patio furniture and barbeque with views to the sea and golf course, as well as a private enclosed rear garden, safe for young children.

Two minutes walk through a beautiful wooded area with waterfalls and bridges with seating areas, will bring you to a choice of two landscaped swimming pools with water features, both with children’s pools. Although our apartment is situated in a very quiet area, you are within easy reach of a number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The Plaza in the centre of Villamartin gives a wider choice of the above, as well as music bars, a bowling alley, hairdressers,banks and a chemist. There are over twenty international restaurants, catering for every taste and nationality.

There are a number of beautiful sandy beaches within a 5-minute drive; the majority have been awarded the international blue flag for cleanliness. Torrevieja is approximately 5 kilometres away and a typically Spanish town, where there is a large marina, and most evenings the streets are lined with market stalls. Here there are an abundance of bars, restaurants, tapas bars and nightclubs, as well as excellent shopping Villamartin is a well-established championship golf course; you are also within a 5-minute drive of two other well-known courses, with numerous others within easy driving distance.

Other places of interest include a water park in Torrevieja, Terra Mitica in Benidorm (approx 1 hr away) the largest theme park in the Mediterranean, Mundomar, also in Benidorm a marine and exotic animal park. Alicante old town is steeped in history and has an abundance of typically Spanish restaurants and bars, together with excellent shopping. Our favourite place is Cartagena,this is an old port area, very Spanish with beautiful buildings, flower filled squares and fantastic shops and musuems.
