Villa Kenchico is a superb 6 bedroom villa set in mature gardens of 2500sqm, with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.

The villa is situated in Monte Pedreguer, a private urbanisation between the towns of Javea and Denia. 2 bathrooms with separate showers and a separate wc. The villa is ideal for 2 close groups or families and has 2 dining areas, 2 newly fitted kitchens, 2 tower rooms with satellite TV, the upstairs TV having BBC1 and 2.

A living area upstairs and microwave, washing machine, irons, CD player, cards and boards games.

All that is required for comfortable living. Outside there is the pool, approx 11m x 5m, which has astounding views to the Montgo mountain, and the sea across the town of Denia. Pool loungers are available for 12 as well as pool furniture to enjoy lunch al fresco.

The views from the balcony are panoramic and look directly over the pool area which is lit at night.

The pool is cleaned regularily and has steps leading into the shallow end. Dinner is often taken on the upper balcony which has a gas fired BBQ and ample seating. Ideal for relaxing in the shade, or watching the night lights in the evening.

The Balcony can easily accommodate 12 for dinner. Two of the upper bedrooms look on this area.

The gardens are mature with many palm trees.

Jacaranda, almond trees, cacti,and bougainvillea are amongst the many plants that can be found in the extensive terraced garden. Careful zoning has resulted in pretty villas covering the hillsides away from the town and coast, with low-rise apartment blocks restricted to the coastal area. Huge tracts have been re-zoned as parkland and even villa construction is controlled with a minimum of 700 to 1000 square metre plots in JAVEA and DENIA. VILLA KENCHICO has the good fortune to have a 2500 sq m plot.

There is plenty to do! By day there are numerous coves to explore and enjoy the snorkelling.

There is the sandy Arenal beach at Jávea with its promenade lined with bars and restaurants catering for every taste. Riding, tennis, windsurfing, jet skiing, bowls and walking are just some of the activities available. And there are two golf courses - the challenging nine hole course at Club de Golf Jávea, and the eighteen hole course at La Sella, designed by Jose Maria Olázabal.

The championship links course at El Saler is just an hour's drive away near Valencia.

Booking deposit: Bookings must be accompanied with a cheque for 30% of the deposit. Internet transfers are accepted. The deposit is non-refundable.

Payment of Balance: The outstanding balance must be paid at least 8 clear weeks before the arrival date. Should the balance not be received, the owner reserves the right to deem the booking cancelled and re advertise. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date must be paid in full.

Damage deposit: A sum of £250 must be added to the final balance. This will be refunded once the ground agent has confirmed that no monies are due and the keys have been returned. Please settle locally where possible so that the deposit can be refunded in full.

Cancellation:In whatever circumstances the deposit is non refundable.If the booking is cancelled in writing by the group leader more than 4 weeks before arrival then 50% of the balance paid only will be refunded.Cancellations less than 4 weeks before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.ie no refund
