Set with-in the golf course of Las Ramblas (Alicante) urbanization (which in itself is secure) is this smart luxury 3 bedroom apartment. Sleeps 6 or 8 with sofa bed. It has underground parking and a remote to open the doors. It has a lift and a communal pool within 25 meters. The pool area is secure, only key holders are permitted, and it’s the best kept pool within the resort because of this
To even enter the apartment block you will also need a key, as the gates enabling access are only opened with a key or by buzzing an apartment and getting the permission of the occupant to remotely allow entry. All in all the security and peace of mind is second to none.

There are 3 Schools very near by,1 is 5 mins away,1 is 10 mins away and 1 is just 15 mins away by car.The bank of Sol-Bank is also only 5 mins away, as is the beach. If you prefer to use the large balcony/patio for sun bathing then you can do so at any point of the day as it is south facing.BQ set on balcony is available. The apartment boasts all mod cons including satellite T.V.,DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, halogen hob in a beautiful fitted American style kitchen. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6/8 with a sofa bed in the living area. Master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite. The other bedrooms have twin beds and all have tall double fitted wardrobes with lots of space inside. There is a separate bathroom with W/C, bidet, shower, bath and basin. The apartment has an alarm system fitted, door shutter blinds and outside grills for added security.
Should the alarm system go off then Security is there within 2 mins. If you are in to golf or not this is an ideal place to really "chill out" yet you do not have to pay the normally higher rental price that a luxury apartment like this will demand once all is complete. All prices on this web site have already been reduced by 30% to there normal costing.

So these prices are based on four people.

There is a £30.00 per person per week surcharge for the 5th, 6th. 7th or 8th person. So if 6 people stay that would be an extra £60.00 per week to the above prices.

A Refundable damage deposit which is fully refundable is required at £200.00.

Full payment will be required at the time of booking. (Non refundable)

Special Note - I now provide hand,bath, beach and swimming towels, but I need to make a small charge at the end for the maid replacement service of £3.00 per towel,and sheets are £8.00 per set per bed.

At the end of your stay cleaning is charged at just £65.00.

To safe guard you there is an inventory that you will need to check on arrival and on departure.

At a cost of just 10.00 Pounds you will have the alarm system activated!
