This area of the Costa Blanca is much sought after, benefiting from a number of blue flag sandy beaches where the warm water of the Mediterranean awaits you, and just a 15 minute walk away. And that's of course should you decide that you want a change from the 2 large swimming pools which are just a stones throw from your accommodation.
With a region boasting in excess of 300 days sunshine a year there are plenty of activities to keep you amused. Golf is particularly popular, with many championship courses to tempt you and all within a short drive.
Our apartment is also ideally located just across the road from the developing commercial centre of Playa Flamenca. This will not only provide you with the every day essentials but also possibly the widest selection of food available in the region, including Chinese, Indian, Hungarian, English, Italian, Thai and of course Spanish. Shopping facilities are also numerous and most within walking distance and there is a weekly street market on a Saturday, which is definitely worth a visit.
Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a block of 16 and is serviced
by a lift as well as having ramp access for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
The accomodation has 2 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located at opposite ends of the apartment, affording that extra bit of privacy.
Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and external window shutters. Air Conditioning has also been installed as an optional extra for those hot summer nights.
The apartment also benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster, juicer and a roomy fridge freezer for all that ice-cold beer and local wine!
The lounge/diner is tastefully furnished with an upholstered sofa bed and 2 comfy chairs along with a dining room table and chairs.
Satellite television is provided along with a video recorder, a selection of family films and a DVD player. A CD/Radio cassette player with a variety of music for all tastes is available for use along with board games, cards, jigsaws and puzzles for those mellow moments. Colouring books and crayons are also availble for the children
On the roof of the apartment block is a large communal solarium, a must for the serious sunbather! This also provides some stunning panoramic views of the local area.
Should you require any local assistance or information such as car hire, booking sporting facilities, advice on restaurants, local medical facilities etc, our managing agents are but a short walk away and are always on hand to offer their expert help and local knowledge.

Price Notes
The rental price is fully inclusive of the cost of all water and electricity. A cleaning charge of 60euros will apply, along with 5euros per person for linen and bath towels, which is payable locally. Pool and beach towels are not provided. Air Conditioning is also available at an additional £20 per week or part week at time of booking or Euros 30 per week or part week payable locally upon arrival.
A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. We would also require a Key and Damage deposit of £100, which will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment and safe return of the keys.
Cots, highchairs and a welcome pack can all be arranged for an additional charge, payable locally. We can also book return airport transfers from 35euros each way.
We regret that we are unable to accept any pets.
The apartment is strictly NO SMOKING.
