The property is a modern 2 bedroom house in a residential urbanization at Playa Flamenca in the prime location on the Orihuela Costa on the southern stretch of Spains Costa Blanca. The property has two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds as well as a sofa bed downstairs, which means that the house will comfortably accommodate six. It also benefits from air-conditioning/heating. A large solarium/roof terrace is located on the third floor and is equipped for dining outside, just relaxing or sunbathing. The house is very comfortably furnished, as a second family home, with a lounge/diner, a downstairs cloakroom/toilet, a first floor bathroom & a fully equipped kitchen including laundry equipment. Supermarket, bars, cafes, restaurants and safe beaches are all within 5 minutes walk. Every Saturday there is a very large street market that is also within 5 minutes walk. Situated around its picturesque harbour is Torrevieja, with its waterfront restaurants, stylish street cafes, shops, large fairground (high season) and open-air market which can be surprising to the unsuspecting visitor and is just a 10 minute drive from the house.

The nearby Orihuela Costa Resort offers free sunbathing, cafe/bar and restaurant facilities and for a small fee (high season) you are able to use sun beds and the two pools one of which is for children. Within a few minutes drive of Playa Flamenca, there are three championship golf courses the most famous being Villamartin.

Locally there are a number of very good beaches where you can find water sports during high season. You will also find banana boats, jet bikes and para sailing on one of the local beaches during high season. For the non-golfers or sun worshippers other

activities include tennis, bowls & horse riding. The World Health Organisation considers the region to be the healthiest area in Europe because of the combination of its salt lakes, salt flats, sunshine hours & temperatures Murcia Airport is about twenty-five minutes away where as the modern Alicante airport is only forty-five minutes away.

Guests are requested not to smoke indoors and pets are not allowed.

All linen is provided (excluding beach towels).

A refundable damage deposit of £100 and £30 cleaning charge is required.

Once availability has been confirmed, a £50 deposit is required.

Should the deposit not be received within 7 days the booking may be forfeit.

All bookings and monies will be acknowledged in writing.

The final payment will become due 4 weeks prior to the start date of the booking.

The refundable damage deposit and cleaning charge is also payable at this time.

In the event of a cancellation of any booking the following penalties will be incurred:

More than 8 weeks in advance: 95% of the deposit will be refunded.

4 – 8 weeks in advance: Half of the deposit will be refunded.

Less than 4 weeks: No refund.
