The location of the property gives "beauty of both worlds" - whilst situated in a quiet area of Los Dolses, Villamartin it is within walking distance (uphill going, downhill on return!) of restaurants, bars & banks etc

Whilst the communal pool is literally less than 1 minute walk from the property .... At the front of bungalow there is a small front garden with secluded patio area whilst steps lead to a very private, large roof solarium complete with sunloungers, table & chairs, built-in bar-b-q and a covered shady area for when temperatures are just too hot! Inside the property is a good size kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc and is open-planned overlooking the comfortable lounge & dining area. Full digital TV package, DVD player and air con. in the lounge area are all provided for client´s entertainment & comfort (no additional charge!) The master double bedroom has ensuite bathroom, complete with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is twin bed with an additional bed available for the larger family/party. The second bathroom offers bath/shower facilities.

Whilst based in Los Dolses (Villamartin area) with a good commerical centre offering variety of cuisine and bars etc, this property is tucked well away from noise and enjoys views over lemon groves.

Beaches, golf courses & Villamartin plaza are just a 5 min. drive. Whilst nearby Torrevieja is just 15 mins. drive. Car is recommended.
