The luxury Villa Portet enjoys spectacular sea and mountain views. This spacious villa was built in 2005 and every care has been taken to furnish it to a high standard.

South west facing, you can soak up the sun all day round and in the evening enjoy the sunset and a drink from one of the two spacious sea and mountain facing terraces. The villa is within easy reach of the beach and local resorts and several golf courses.

The villa has three double bedrooms, the master having a luxurious super kingsize bed and private en suite bathroom and terrace with sunloungers and spectacular views. There is an separate luxury fully tiled bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms which each have twin beds, and all rooms have fitted wardrobes.

There is air conditioning in the main rooms. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob and fridge freezer and washing machine. The open plan living area leads through french windows onto the terrace and pool The view from the pool and terraces is spectacular. With clear views of the sea you can watch the yachts and power boats pass along the coast and at night the small fishing fleet from Moraira is often visible from the terrace.
Watch the sun throughout the day as it rises and then sets over the amazing mountain scenery. The spacious open plan living area has comfortable seating and is furnished to a high standard.

The Flat screen TV is connected to a digibox to give you most of the UK and digital freeview channels. There are also Video, DVD and CD players with a selection of music and films provided for your convenience and an iPod docking station. The terrace is equipped with a generous 7X3.5 meter pool which is reguarly cleaned. There are sun loungers and chairs for the sun worshippers and a large covered area
for when the sun just gets too hot! There is a substantial dining table and chairs outside to seat 6 people and an Australian style gas barbeque. The master bedroom enjoys its own private balcony with loungers and table and you can enjoy the amazing sea and mountain views. As an added touch there are complimentary white cotton bath robes for the use of adult guest in the party.

A refundable deposit of £250 will be required per week.
Rental occupancy from 4pm Saturday and vacate by 10am on departure day. Cleaning included in one week lets including linen and bath/hand
towels. For two week lets a change of linen will be provided (additonal clean will be chargeable). Please provide your own beach towels.Long term lets and long weekends available out of the main April to October season.
