Situated high on the hill between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao this large luxury villa has stunning panoramic views of surrounding headlands and coves.The extensive accommodation includes 4 large double/twin bedrooms all with private bath/shower rooms.

The Villa Estrella has restaurants and an excellent supermarket within walking distance, and is a 10 minute drive from Javea Arenal Beach with its lively bars and restaurants. Also nearby are several smaller quieter beaches.

The Grenadella Beach is reached through a protected forestry area and takes just a 10 minute drive to reach this beautiful natural area, which is loved so much by the local spanish people. The local beach restaurants serve typical spanish dishes which you can enjoy whilst overlooking the Grenadella beach and Cove. The town of Javea, or Xabia, is in the northern section of the Costa Blanca, protected by the Montgo mountain on one side and open to the Mediterranean on the other. The old town of Javea with its beautiful fortified church, has managed to maintain much of its period charm in the narrow cobbled streets with interesting shops and an indoor market,full of fresh local produce.

The Port area has a wide selection of bars and restaurants and fresh fish can be bought daily from the local fishermen, straight off the boats. The Arenal (sandy) beach, awarded the Blue EU Flag of Excellence annually for the last 10 years, is lined with shops, bars and restaurants of varied nationalities. Villa Estrella has a 10m x 5m private pool with terrace for sunbathing and relaxing, offering total privacy and extensive sea views. Entrance is via security gates with entry phone to first floor level. The entrance hall leads off to a large twin bedroom and large bathroom, also on this level is the spacious open-plan living accommodation. The lounge area has sea and pool views It has Sky TV, all UK channels and a DVD player with surround sound.

There is a covered Naya downstairs at pool level for shade.

A staircase in the lounge area leads down to the remaining accommodation. The Open-plan lounge has comfortable seating for at least 8 people, and comes with Tv,DVD and CD players The Turret end has beautiful views over the bays and a beautiful vaulted ceiling There is a stylish fully equipped modern kitchen, with adjoining dining area. The dining area opens out onto the upper Naya (terrace) with a built in BBQ, allowing for al-fresco dining with spectacular views The 4 double bedrooms are all very spacious with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. All have air conditioning units to keep you cool during the long hot summer nights.

The spacious master suite comes with en-suite shower room with twin sinks and direct terrace access.
