Villa Yoise is a traditional but recently renovated 3 bedroom villa residing in the peaceful Costa Nova district of Javea. Overlooking pinewoods, the villa is located in a tranquil environment which begs leisurely evening walks, with restaurants and shop, just a short walk away. It is however, conveniently close to Javea, with the Port, Old Town and the popular Arenal beach, with numerous bars and restaurants, just 5 minutes away by car. Built on one level overlooking a large 900m2 garden with a much larger than average private pool, the villa provides an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms: two double and one twin, the master bedroom having an ensuite. A master bathroom with a bath, separate shower, toilet and basin serves the other bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an over head fan with pedestal fans in the others. All the windows have fitted mosquito screens guaranteeing a peaceful nights sleep. By day the sunbeds on the patio area next to the spectacularly large floodlit pool allow relaxed lounging or extensive water sports. The stunning, larger than average garden is lush and green (due to the irrigation system), and has orange and lemon trees, palms and Mediterranean plants giving all year round colour, with a large lawn and terrace. Your very own Mediterranean paradise! It is ideal for children, being totally fenced in and private. For those very hot summer days, there is a shaded area with large teak table and 6 chairs, making a comfortable eating area, next to which is a built in BBQ for your convenience. Should you want to explore the area, Javea's 25km of coastline is home to stunning beaches, coves and caves. Javea's beaches are annually awarded with the EU's Blue Flag. There are a number of coves tucked away around Javea's coast, but here's a list of the most popular: La Grava, El Arenal, Cala Blanca, La Barraca o Portitxol and Ambol. The villa has a separate modern equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery and glassware you might need. The large living/dining room is air conditioned, and overlooks the garden and huge floodlit pool. It is furnished with a dining suite, TV with full english cable channels, DVD, CD player and four spacious sofas on which to relax. All windows are double glazed and fitted with mosquito screens. Meals can be enjoyed alfresco, taking advantage of the inbuilt BBQ, shaded area with a large teak table and chairs, and the flood lit pool to provide an atmospheric if not tempting backdrop. For those cooler winter evenings there is full gas central heating. CasaYoise has 3 bedrooms, and sleeps a maximum of 6 adults (cot/cots available on request).
The Master Bedroom is en-suite (Toilet, shower & washbasin). It has a queen size bed, 2 double wardrobes, and bedside cabinte and drawers. It also has an overhead fan.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside table and free standing fan.
Bedroom 3 has a standard double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and free standing fan.
All bedroom windows are double glazed and fitted with mosquito screens.
This is a snapshot of the front of the villa. You enter through the welcoming arch with electric gate and
telephone intercom along a tiled pathway bordered by fragrant herbs. There is off road parking for 3 cars and ample exterior lighting. This view is of the bay of Javea taken from Montgo mountain. Javea is situated between Valencia and Alicante on Spain’s White Coast, better known as the Costa Blanca. Both Alicante and Valencia Airports are about one hours drive away.

Costa Nova is a quiet residential area with lots of long term residents just 5 minutes drive away from the centre of Javea. It is situated very close to the National Park of Combre Del Sol, and is itself surrounded by pinewoods. There are many walks in the area, and there are magnificent views of the Bay of Javea within a few hundred yards. There are restaurants, bars, shop and tennis courts in walking distance. The old town of Javea retains much of its Spanish character with narrow streets lined with whitewashed houses, dating back to the 16th Century. Javea Port has a bustling marina where local fishing vessels land their
catches daily and the Arenal area has a beautiful sandy beach, fringed by the promenade with numerous bars and restaurants.
