This 3 bedroom apartment is available for rent all year. It is conveniently located 10 minutes from Barcelona and five minutes by foot from the beach. The apartment sleeps 8 people, perfect for 2 families with children. There are 3 double bedrooms.

The living/dining room is very spacious with a sofa-bed and TV and has good views across the community and pools. The large kitchen is fully equipped with new washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, oven and hob and has a table that seats 5. There are 2 complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub. All rooms have windows letting in good light and there is plenty of storage space. Outside is a very large terrace, with chairs and tables, which receives the sun all day.

On the terrace are deck chairs so you can siesta and there are tables for lunch outside. There are geraniums along the front of the terrace. In the community are 2 communal swimming pools (1 for children), tennis courts, mini-golf, table tennis, games zone for children, garden and a big room with tables and sofas for children to play in case of rain. The community is well located and near the shopping area though it is in a relaxing area. Close to the bars and restaurants it is also close to the Canal Olympic and sited in one of the best areas of Castelldefels. The bus stop to Barcelona is a 3 minutes walk. There are also train connections.
