4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and seperate WC, covered parking and sleeps 8 This luxury, detached villa is located in its own secluded grounds on a quiet, residential road in the village of Marxuquera near Palma de Gandia. It has lovely views of the village, countryside and mountains in the distance. There is a bar-restaurant within a few minutes walk and many more within a short drive. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a breakfast dining area. The dining room accommodates up to 8 people.

The lounge is very comfortable with airco, satellite TV, DVD and video and a selection of English DVD & CDs are available. The bedrooms are bright and airy and have airco (2), fitted wardrobes to maximise space: 2 with twin beds, one with a double and the 4th with a single + pull out. There is a large, well kept garden with plenty of relaxing space in the sun or shade. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and approx 1.8 metres at the deepest end, has a poolside shower and is maintained weekly, with comfortable sun beds and parasols for your use.

Nearest Ferry: Gandia at 12 Kilometers.

Nearest Train: Gandia at 10 Kilometers.

Nearest Motorway: A7 motorway, Exit 60 or 61 at 8 Kilometers .

A non-refundable deposit of 150 GBP or 200 Euro is required to reserve the villa.

The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.

Payment can be made to UK, spanish or belgian bank accounts.

A 150 Euro refundable security deposit is required on arrival (see below).

In the unlikely event that the villa availability has to be withdrawn all monies will be refunded with a 100 GBP or 150 Euro compensation payment if full payment has been made.
