Recentlty reduced by a further 5k following a reduction of 10k for a quick sale due only to a change in my circumstances. This is an excellent investment as the area is in a developmental stage. ie the 90 unit shopping centre is just getting going and a new hotel opens this Spring. I bought off plan four years ago and am selling at less than cost. I have wonderful supportive, but not intrusive neighbours and the location iis quiet and peaceful. It is currently let to November and a further 6 months let is booked from October. See calender on rental site prop 1471 for letting history. Please note that records have only been kept on line for two years. A professional golfer rented the apartment for 6 months over two winters prior to 2007 with frequent weekly/fortnightly lets over the Summers. Again good investement if you prefer to buy to let
