Recentlty reduced by a further 5k following a reduction of 10k for a quick sale due only to a change in my circumstances. This is an excellent investment as the area is in a developmental stage. ie the 90 unit shopping centre is just getting going and a new hotel opens this Spring. I bought off plan four years ago and am selling at less than cost. I have wonderful supportive, but not intrusive neighbours and the location iis quiet and peaceful.
