Where is the Costa Azahar?
The province of Castellon is part of the communidad of Valencia. It is on the coast of the Mediterranean and roughly between Barcelona & Valencia. Atzeneta del Maestrat is 20 miles inland.
Why is the area so exciting for investors?
• New Castellon international airport (Vilanova d'Alcolea) opening late 2008. 20 minutes from Atzeneta.
• Atzeneta & Maestrazgo (the inland area from the coast) is totally under developed and still largely rural. Property & land prices are very low and offer excellent value. The area is only 30 minutes from excellent beaches.
