The Area

Arroyo de la Miel is the market town of Benalmadena and is between Benalmadena Costa and Benalmadena Pueblo. It has a good selection of shops and supermarkets, a weekly market. a large Health Centre and an abundance of bars and restaurants.
Close to the Health Centre is the Train Station, giving you easy travel to Fuengirola or Malaga and beyond. There are also several bus routes and easy access to the A7 (N340). It takes only 15 minutes by car to Malaga Airport which can be reached by the train – it has it΄s own Airport Stop.
Arroyo is also the home to Tivoli World and the cable cars.

This is a very attractive urbanisation – well designed with lots of character. There are lovely garden areas, everywhere is well maintained and well lit at night.
It has plenty of secure parking behind electric security gates – there are 2 carparks – one at either end of the urbanisation.
The lovely communal swimming pool with a separate shallow pool for young children, has been correctly fenced to EU standards and there is a toilet at the pool site.
It takes only 5 minutes to walk into the centre of Town and the train station, and schools and nursery schools are close by – all within walking distance.
